The C-Suite Interview
Meet who runs the place — published monthly under your name.
What it is
A monthly long-form Q&A profile of a Spartanburg business leader — founder, CEO, executive director, GM, managing partner — published in the Spartanburg edition of HERE under our editorial voice. Roughly 1,600–2,200 words, structured as a real on-the-record interview, edited for clarity, and built for both human readers and AI search. Each interview anchors a recurring presence in our Business hub and stays optimized as a permanent profile of the executive and the company they run.

See a real one
Todd Hunnicutt, CEO of Real Internet Sales, Spartanburg — interviewed for the Moving Here / Business hub. This is the editorial shape every C-Suite interview takes.
How it gets made
- You order from your dashboard. Pick the executive, fill in the inputs below (name, title, email, talking points, anything off-limits), choose a target publish date.
- Our editorial engine drafts the interview. The draft is written in our voice using your inputs as raw material — not pasted into a template. Every interview is structured as 15–18 main questions with optional follow-ups, organized as a real on-the-record conversation.
- You review and approve. You see the full draft before anything goes live. Request edits, replace answers, change the headline — standard editorial revision rounds.
- Agency review (if applicable). If you’re booking through an agency partner, the agency reviews after the client signs off and before publish.
- Legal CC where required. For regulated executives (real estate brokers, financial advisors, healthcare leaders) we copy designated legal contacts on the final approval.
- Publishes on your scheduled date. Spartanburg as the canonical edition, plus any sister-city crossposts you ordered. SEO, featured image, schema markup all handled.
What you fill in on the dashboard
Required fields are short and obvious. Optional fields let you steer the interview without writing it.
Subject’s full name
The executive being interviewed. Appears in the byline subject and throughout the piece.
Title and company
e.g. “CEO, Real Internet Sales” or “Managing Partner, Carolina Industrial Group.”
Subject’s email
Where the approval link goes. Subject must approve before publish — this is non-negotiable.
One-sentence company description
What the company does, in one plain-English sentence. Anchors the lede.
Talking points
Free-form notes on what you’d like covered — strategic priorities, recent milestones, hiring announcements, expansion plans.
Off-limits topics
Anything you don’t want raised — pending litigation, M&A in flight, personnel matters. Editorial respects this.
Target publish date
Defaults to 14 days after order. Earlier dates available for rush ($299 fee). Approval cycles still apply.
Legal CC emails
Comma-separated. Required for regulated executives. Triggers the legal-CC step in the approval flow.
Sister-city crossposts
Pick additional HERE city editions to crosspost the interview into. Adds to monthly billing per city. Applies to multi-market brands.
What we won’t do
Pay-to-print puffery
Every interview is written editorially. We push back on hollow claims, ask the actual questions, and edit for credibility. The interview only works if a reader trusts it.
Anonymous quotes
On-the-record only. The subject’s name, title, and company appear; the editorial disclosure runs at the bottom of every piece.
Endorsement language
We don’t write “Spartanburg’s #1 CEO” or “the best in the Upstate.” Editorial profiles describe — they don’t crown.
Bait-and-switch
The angle you approve is the angle we publish. Any change after approval requires a new approval round.
FAQ
Is it really one new interview every month?
Yes. The product is a recurring monthly profile of one executive at one company. After 12 months you have 12 published interviews — a full year of executive-level editorial presence.
Can the same executive be re-interviewed in a later month?
Each month’s interview is fresh content — new questions, new angles, new news pegs. Most clients use the recurring slot to rotate through their leadership team or to keep coming back to the CEO with different strategic focuses.
What if the executive doesn’t approve?
The interview doesn’t publish. You can request revisions or skip that month entirely — billing is monthly and cancellable.
Do agencies see a different price?
Agency partners see $97.49/month per executive — 35% off retail — applied automatically inside the agency dashboard. Same product, same workflow, network-best rate.
How does this differ from a Business Spotlight?
Spotlight is the company-level interview (“what does Real Internet Sales do?”). C-Suite is the executive-level interview (“who is Todd Hunnicutt and how does he run it?”). Most clients run both.
