Highlighted Events for July 21

Several events are set for July 21, beginning with a Vigil for Peace and Nonviolence hosted by Aiken Women in Black and Moms Demand Action from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. This gathering will take place across from Fresh Market on Whiskey Road. Following this, the Savannah River Stringband will meet at Trinity United Methodist Church from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., playing instrumental tunes spanning from Celtic to traditional American music.

For those looking for games, Let’s Go Bingo at Aiken Senior Life Services from 6 to 8 p.m. will feature a $5 cover charge, with game cards available for $1 to $25.

Events on July 22

On July 22, residents can participate in multiple activities including a Senior P.R.E.P event that runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior and Youth Center. This event will provide valuable emergency preparedness resources to senior citizens.
