As the 2026 college football season approaches, Aiken area residents and fans of the South Carolina Gamecocks will be watching quarterback LaNorris Sellers, who has been identified as one of the nation’s 25 biggest boom-or-bust players. This assessment, released on September 1, 2026, highlights Sellers’ potential to significantly impact his team’s success, for better or worse, during the upcoming fall season.

Sellers possesses undeniable physical gifts, including powerful running ability and a dangerous downfield arm, which he showcased in 2024.
